Because our organization is using Internetsecure, you can feel safe and secure when providing your personal information:

1. All information within the tournament area is 128-bit encrypted (the same as online banking)

2. Credit Card information is never stored

3. With multiple back-ups, the latest firewall technology and advanced physical security, your data is secure

Privacy
 

Your personal information, such as names, home addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers are private and confidential. The information provided is stored in a secure location and is accessible only by designated administrators and used only for the purpose for which you provide the information. There are no circumstances under which Internetsecure or your sports organization will provide or sell information to third parties.

Refund Policy

 

Submit refund requests in writing (email, letter, or fax) to the Club office and/or the Registrar. Please explain the reason for the request.

 

Refund requests made PRIOR to the registration deadline of July 1, 2017 will receive 100% refund of the entry fees. Refunds requested after the tournament registration deadline will only be refunded IF a replacement team can be found for the cancelling team, a $100 administrative fee will be retained from the refund. If a team withdraws after the registration deadline and a replacement team cannot be found, 100% of the fee will be retained and no refund will be given. Teams withdrawing after the registration deadline will require a $250 performance bond the next year if they register to participate.

 

All refunds involving cheque or money order payments will be issued after the payment has been cleared through Sackville United’s financial institution.

 

Refunds involving on-line credit card payments will be issued by cheque after Sackville United has received notification of the approved credit card payment from the online registration system.
