Fees:
U9/U10 = $335.00 (Jamboree Style - 4 Games)
U11/U12 = $400 (Jamboree Style - 4 Games)
U13/U15/U18 = $400 (Minimum 3 Games + Medal Rounds For Qualifying Teams)
